Can I cancel my Functionize subscription at any time?

No. Functionize's standard contract terms state that orders are non-cancellable once placed and all fees paid are non-refundable. You are typically locked into a 12-month contract term. You can request non-renewal before your term ends.

Will I get a refund if I cancel Functionize?

Refunds are not offered. The Support Policies page and AWS Marketplace listing both state fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Check your individual Order Form for any exceptions negotiated at signing.

How do I avoid auto-renewal?

Contact your CSM or support team well before your renewal date — typically 30 to 90 days in advance, depending on your Order Form terms. Request written confirmation that your account will not auto-renew.

What happens to my data after cancellation or contract end?

Functionize retains your data as long as needed to comply with legal obligations. Post-contract, they are not obligated to provide access or technical support. To request data deletion, email legal@functionize.com — they commit to a 30-day response.

Can I cancel my Functionize AWS Marketplace subscription differently?

If you subscribed via AWS Marketplace, you can manage the subscription through your AWS console. AWS Marketplace may have different cancellation terms than direct contracts, but Functionize's listing still states fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

How do I reactivate a cancelled Functionize account?

Contact Functionize sales at https://www.functionize.com/contact-us or reach out to your previous CSM to discuss reactivation. A new Order Form and contract would need to be signed.

Review your Order Form

Locate your signed Order Form from Functionize. This document defines your contract term, renewal date, and any cancellation rights specific to your agreement. Note that standard Functionize contracts are 12-month terms.

Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Reach out directly to your assigned CSM or Technical Account Manager — the primary point of contact for all contract changes including cancellation or non-renewal. This contact was provided during onboarding.

Submit a support ticket if no CSM contact

If you cannot reach your CSM, submit a request via the in-app support system. Go to the support portal at https://support.functionize.com/hc/en-us and open a ticket requesting cancellation or non-renewal of your contract.

Email support or legal team

If the in-app system is unavailable, send an email to support@functionize.com with a detailed description of your request, or contact legal@functionize.com for contract/data-related matters. Reference your Order Form number.
