Go to expressvpn.com and click "My Account" in the top navigation bar. Sign in with your ExpressVPN credentials.
Go to Subscription
In your account dashboard, click on "Subscription" in the left menu to view your current plan and renewal details.
Manage subscription
Click "Manage Subscription" to open your billing options. You will see options to update payment, upgrade, or cancel.
Cancel your subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts. ExpressVPN may ask for a reason and present a retention offer before confirming.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm on the final screen. VPN access continues until your current period ends. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
