Log in to your Blue by ADT account

Go to login.bluebyadt.com or open the Blue by ADT mobile app on iOS or Android. Sign in with your registered email address and password.

Navigate to Account Settings

Navigate the IVR by saying 'Cancel service' or pressing the option for 'Account changes'. Be prepared to verify your account with your name, address, and the last four digits of your SSN or account PIN.

Confirm cancellation and note confirmation number

Whether online or by phone, you will receive a cancellation confirmation. Online: a confirmation screen and email are sent immediately. By phone: request and write down your cancellation confirmation number. Your monitoring service ends at the close of your current billing period.
