When does my access end after I cancel?

Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free AISEO plan with basic features.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

AISEO's official refund policy states no refunds on any purchases. However, their FAQ informally mentions a 5-day window from the initial purchase date during which you can email support@aiseo.ai for a no-questions-asked refund. Mid-cycle cancellations do not generate prorated refunds.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Your account reverts to the free plan after cancellation and you can upgrade again at any time from within the dashboard.

What if the Cancel subscription button doesn't work?

Several users have reported the cancel button getting stuck in a loading loop. If this happens, email support@aiseo.ai with your account email and a clear cancellation request. If support is unresponsive, consider disputing the charge through your bank or card issuer.

Will AISEO delete my data if I cancel?

Log in to your account

Go to aiseo.ai and log in to your AISEO account using your credentials.

Open Account & Settings

Once in the dashboard, click the 'Account & Settings' button (typically in the top-right or sidebar of the dashboard) to open a dropdown menu.

Click Subscription

From the dropdown menu, click 'Subscription' to open your current plan details.

Click Cancel subscription

On the Subscription page, click the 'Cancel subscription' button. Note: some users have reported this button getting stuck in an infinite loading loop — if this happens, proceed to step 5 instead.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen confirmation prompts to finalize your cancellation. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the free plan.

If button fails, email support

If the cancel button does not work (known bug), email support@aiseo.ai directly requesting cancellation. Include your account email and request written confirmation of cancellation.
