Review your contract
Locate your Master Service Agreement (MSA) or subscription contract with Avature. Check for the notice period required for cancellation (typically 30–90 days before renewal), any early termination clauses, and the specific termination procedure outlined in your agreement.
Log in and locate your Account Manager
Sign in to your Avature platform instance. Your dedicated Account Manager's contact details are typically found in your onboarding documentation or by navigating to the support/help section. Avature assigns every enterprise client a named Account Manager as the primary point of contact.
Contact your Account Manager directly
Email or call your assigned Account Manager to formally express your intent to cancel. Reference your contract number and the desired termination date. If you cannot reach your Account Manager, contact Avature support via the Support Portal at avature.net/support-services/ and request escalation to your account team.
Submit a formal written cancellation notice
Send a written cancellation notice per the terms in your contract (often required via email or certified letter). Address it to your Account Manager and Avature's legal or contracts team. State your company name, contract ID, and the intended cancellation/termination date.
Negotiate and confirm data export
Before termination is finalized, request a full export of your data (candidate records, workflows, configurations). Avature may provide a data export window. Confirm the export format, timeline, and any associated fees for this process.
Request data deletion confirmation
After your data has been exported, formally request deletion of your organization's data from Avature's systems. You can also contact privacyofficer@avature.net for GDPR/CCPA data deletion requests. Ask for written confirmation that data has been purged.
Receive termination confirmation
Obtain written confirmation from Avature that your contract has been terminated, your account has been closed, and all billing has ceased. Keep this for your records in case of any future billing disputes.
