Open the Bolt app
Launch the Bolt app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are logged in to your account.
Go to your Profile
Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner of the home screen to open your account menu.
Open Manage Subscription
Scroll down and tap 'Manage Subscription' (also accessible via Settings → Subscription or Plans section).
Tap Cancel Subscription
Tap the 'Cancel Subscription' button. This option is only available up to 24 hours before the end of your current billing cycle. If you are within the last 24 hours, you must contact Support instead.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your decision when prompted. Your Bolt Plus benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which auto-renewal will be stopped.
Contact Support if needed
If the self-serve cancel option is unavailable (within 24h of renewal), go to Profile → Support and submit a cancellation request to the customer support team via in-app chat.
