Log in to Gumroad
Go to app.gumroad.com and sign in with the email address associated with your purchase. Use the same email that received the purchase receipt.
Open your Library
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'Library' from the dropdown menu. This shows all products and active memberships you have purchased.
Find the membership to cancel
Scroll through your Library to locate the specific membership or subscription you want to cancel. Note: Gumroad is a marketplace — each creator's subscription is separate and must be canceled individually.
Click 'Manage membership'
Click on the membership product, then click the 'Manage membership' button that appears on the product page.
Click 'Cancel membership'
On the membership management screen, click the 'Cancel membership' button to initiate the cancellation.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your decision when prompted. You will receive a confirmation email from Gumroad once the cancellation is processed.
