Log in to MyLebara
Go to https://mobile.lebara.com/gb/en/ and click 'Log in' in the top right corner. Enter your email address and password to access your MyLebara Dashboard.
Go to Manage Plan
Once logged in, navigate to the 'My Plan' or 'Manage Plan' section of your dashboard. This is where your current active plan and renewal settings are displayed.
Toggle off Auto Renew
Find the 'Auto Renew' toggle under your plan details and switch it off. This prevents your 30-day rolling plan from automatically renewing at the end of the current period. Your plan remains active until its expiry date.
Disable Auto Top-Up (if active)
Scroll to find 'Manage your auto top up' located just below your balance. Slide the toggle to the off position to stop any automatic top-up charges.
Alternative: Cancel via SMS
If you prefer SMS, text your bundle code followed by '*STOP' to 38885 (e.g., 'SIM30*STOP'). This must be sent at least 3 hours before midnight on the day your plan expires to take effect.
Request full account deletion (optional)
To fully delete your MyLebara account, contact Lebara Customer Service: call 0207 031 0791 (or freephone 0800 640 6303, or dial 5588 from your Lebara mobile), or email [email protected]. Clearly state you want your account and number cancelled.
