Log in to the client portal
Go to https://online.mhosting.hu and log in with your mHosting account credentials (email and password).
Open 'Szolgáltatásaim' (My Services)
In the top navigation bar, click 'Szolgáltatások' (Services), then select 'Szolgáltatásaim' (My Services) from the dropdown menu.
Find your hosting subscription
A list of all your active services will appear. Locate the Premium hosting subscription you want to cancel.
Open service details
Click the 'Aktív' (Active) status button next to your hosting plan to open the service detail view.
Click 'Lemondás kérése' (Request Cancellation)
Inside the service overview page, click the 'Lemondás kérése' (Request Cancellation) option.
Choose cancellation timing
Select when you want the service to be cancelled: 'Azonnali' (Immediate) — service is deleted the same day, or 'Számlázási ciklus végén' (At end of billing cycle) — service is deleted on the next renewal date shown in the service summary.
Confirm the cancellation request
Confirm your cancellation request. You will receive a confirmation notification. All files, databases, and email accounts associated with the hosting will be permanently deleted on the chosen date.
