Log in to your Peloton account
Go to members.onepeloton.com and sign in with your email and password.
Open your profile menu
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page to open the account dropdown menu.
Go to 'My Memberships'
Select 'My Memberships' from the dropdown menu to reach your membership management page.
Click 'Manage Membership'
On the memberships page, click the 'Manage Membership' button next to your active All-Access or App membership.
Select 'Cancel Membership'
In the membership management options, click 'Cancel Membership'. You may first be shown an offer to pause your membership for 1–3 months — decline if you want to fully cancel.
Choose a cancellation reason
Select a reason for canceling from the dropdown (e.g. 'Too expensive', 'Not using it enough'). This is required before proceeding.
Confirm cancellation
Click 'Confirm Cancellation' to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
