Can I still access my account after cancelling?

Yes. Your paid plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle, then your account moves to the Free plan. All your emails, workflows, forms, subscribers, and analytics remain accessible. Email sending and workflow automations stop, but forms continue collecting new subscribers.

Will I get a refund if I cancel early?

No. Flodesk does not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time on either monthly or annual plans. If you need to discuss a refund, contact support@flodesk.com, but refunds are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

How do I cancel immediately instead of at the end of my billing cycle?

The self-serve cancellation flow schedules your cancellation for the end of the billing cycle. For immediate cancellation, email support@flodesk.com and request it manually.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes, you can reactivate at any time by going to Account settings → Plan + billing and selecting a new plan. Exception: if you held the legacy Unlimited plan and cancelled after December 1, 2025, that plan tier is no longer available and cannot be reclaimed.

How do I fully delete my Flodesk account and all data?

Account deletion is not self-serve. Email support@flodesk.com requesting full account deletion. This permanently and irreversibly erases all emails, workflows, forms, subscribers, analytics, and settings. Download any data you want to keep before requesting deletion.

What happens to my subscribers and forms after I cancel?

Your subscriber list and forms remain intact on the Free plan. Forms continue collecting new subscribers even after cancellation. However, automated email workflows stop running and you cannot send one-off broadcast emails on the Free plan.

Open Account Settings

Log in to your Flodesk dashboard at app.flodesk.com. Click your avatar or profile icon in the top-right corner, then select "Account settings" from the dropdown menu.

Go to Plan + Billing

In the left sidebar of Account settings, click "Plan + billing".

Click Cancel or Downgrade

Scroll to the bottom of the Plan + billing page and click the "Cancel or Downgrade" button.

Complete the cancellation survey

Follow the on-screen prompts, which include a cancellation reason survey. Select your reason for leaving and proceed.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation on the final prompt. Flodesk will send a confirmation email. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle, then automatically downgrades to the Free plan.
