Will my private projects become public when I cancel?

No. Private projects and datasets remain private after cancellation. The misleading checkbox during cancellation only applies if you specifically switch to the fully public free plan.

When does my paid access end after cancelling?

Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. There is no immediate cutoff — you keep access to paid features until the renewal date.

Can I get a refund if I'm on an annual plan?

Roboflow has no publicly documented refund policy. Partial refunds and plan switches (annual to monthly) are handled case-by-case. Contact support via discuss.roboflow.com or email to request one.

What happens to my credits when I cancel?

Unused credits are not refunded. After cancellation your workspace downgrades to the Sandbox tier, which includes 30 credits per month.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can re-subscribe at any time by returning to the Plan & Billing settings page and choosing a new plan.

Is my data deleted when I cancel?

No. All projects, datasets, and models are retained after cancellation. Your workspace simply reverts to the Sandbox limits.

Log in to Roboflow

Go to app.roboflow.com and sign in to your account.

Select your workspace

Click the workspace selector in the top-left corner and choose the workspace whose plan you want to cancel.

Open workspace Settings

Click the gear icon or navigate to Settings from the workspace menu.

Go to Plan & Billing

In the settings sidebar, click 'Plan & Billing'.

Click 'Cancel Plan'

Scroll to the bottom of the Plan & Billing page and click the 'Cancel Plan' button.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation screen appears. Confirm you want to cancel. Note: a checkbox may mention making data public — this only applies if downgrading to the fully public free plan, not to Sandbox. Your existing private projects remain private.

Cancellation confirmed

You receive confirmation that your plan is scheduled for cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid features continues until then.
