Log in to Ramp dashboard
Go to app.ramp.com and sign in with your admin credentials. You must be the account Owner or have admin permissions to cancel the subscription.
Navigate to Statements & Payments
In the left-hand navigation menu, click on 'Company', then select 'Statements & Payments' from the submenu.
Open subscription settings
On the Statements & Payments page, click the 'Settings' button located at the top right of the screen.
Click 'Cancel Subscription'
In the Settings panel, locate and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button to initiate the cancellation of your Ramp Plus plan.
Confirm cancellation
Follow any on-screen confirmation prompts to complete the cancellation. Your Ramp Plus access will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly) or paid period (annual).
Close entire account (if needed)
If you want to fully close your Ramp account (not just cancel Ramp Plus), you must contact Ramp Support via support.ramp.com. This request must be submitted by the account Owner — it cannot be done self-service through the dashboard.
