What happens to my account after I cancel?

Your paid subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account is automatically downgraded to Airmeet's free plan with free-tier limitations. You do not lose access entirely.

Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?

No. Airmeet does not issue refunds if you cancel after your renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before your renewal date.

Will I still have access to my event data after cancelling?

Yes. After downgrading to the free plan, you retain access to your events data including session recordings, participant lists, analytics, and your full events dashboard.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can upgrade back to a paid plan at any time from the Billing Plans section in your dashboard. Your previous event data will still be available.

Can I cancel by contacting support instead of doing it myself?

Yes. If you experience issues with self-service cancellation, you can reach Airmeet's 24/7 Support Lounge or email support@airmeet.com to request assistance with cancellation.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No. Airmeet allows cancellation at any time with no cancellation fee. The only cost consideration is that no refund is issued for the remaining days in the current billing period.

Log in to Airmeet

Go to airmeet.com and click 'Host Login' in the top navigation. Enter your email and password to access your host account.

Open your Community Dashboard

After logging in, you will land on the community dashboard. This is the main organizer hub where your events and account settings are managed.

Navigate to Billing Plans

In the community dashboard sidebar or settings area, click on 'Billing plans'. This opens your current subscription overview showing your active plan, renewal date, and usage.

Click 'Manage Subscription'

On the Billing Plans page, click the 'Manage Subscription' button. This opens the subscription management portal where you can modify or cancel your plan.

Select 'Cancel Plan' or downgrade option

Inside the subscription management portal, choose the option to cancel or downgrade your plan. Confirm when prompted. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not lose access immediately.

Confirm cancellation

Review the confirmation message noting that your account will be downgraded to the free plan at the end of the billing cycle. Confirm your choice to complete the cancellation.
