Can I cancel mid-year and get a refund?

No. Both legacy Clearbit and Breeze Intelligence (HubSpot) require you to complete your annual contract term. No prorated refunds are available for early cancellation, and unused HubSpot Credits are not refunded.

How much notice do I need to give before renewal?

Legacy Clearbit plans typically required at least 30 days' notice before the renewal date. For HubSpot Breeze Intelligence, you must contact HubSpot Support before your renewal date to prevent auto-renewal.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

All customer data is deleted within 30 days after contract termination. You can proactively request data deletion or a data export by emailing support@clearbit.com or submitting a Privacy Request Form via Clearbit's Trust Center.

Can I still use Clearbit without a HubSpot account?

No new standalone Clearbit plans are available. Clearbit was acquired by HubSpot in December 2023, and all new access to Clearbit enrichment features (now called Breeze Intelligence) requires a HubSpot subscription. Free Clearbit tools were sunset in April 2025.

How do I reactivate my Clearbit subscription?

For legacy Clearbit accounts, contact support@clearbit.com. For Breeze Intelligence, you can re-enable auto-renewal in HubSpot under Account & Billing > Subscriptions, or purchase a new Breeze Intelligence add-on through HubSpot's billing settings.

Log into your account

If you have a legacy standalone Clearbit account, go to app.clearbit.com and log in. If your Clearbit access is through HubSpot (Breeze Intelligence), go to app.hubspot.com and log in instead.

Check your billing details (legacy Clearbit)

In the left sidebar, click 'Settings', then select the 'Billing and Invoices' tab. Note your current plan, renewal date, and payment details — you'll need these when contacting support.

Email support to cancel (legacy Clearbit)

Send a cancellation request to support@clearbit.com. Include your account email address, company name, plan name, last 4 digits of the card on file, and a request for written confirmation of cancellation. There is no self-service cancel button — email is the only method.

Cancel via HubSpot Account & Billing (Breeze Intelligence users)

If using Clearbit via HubSpot, click your account name in the top-right corner of app.hubspot.com and select 'Account & Billing'. Click the 'Subscriptions' tab, then in the 'Auto-renewal terms' section click 'Cancel auto-renewal'.

Select products and reason

Select the products you want to cancel (including Breeze Intelligence / HubSpot Credits add-ons). Review the list of features that will be affected, then select a cancellation reason from the dropdown menu.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Next', review the cancellation summary, then click 'Cancel auto-renewal' to confirm. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Request data deletion (optional)

To delete your data, email support@clearbit.com or submit a Privacy Request Form via Clearbit's Trust Center. All customer data is deleted within 30 days after contract termination.
