Log in to Sauce Labs

Go to app.saucelabs.com and sign in to your account.

Open Account menu

Click on your account name or the Account icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Go to Billing

Select 'Billing' from the account navigation menu.

Initiate cancellation

On the Billing page, locate the cancellation or downgrade option. For Real Device Cloud plans, click 'Downgrade' and select the free plan — this is the cancellation mechanism. For other self-service plans, click the cancellation option available on the billing page.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation when prompted. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain access until then.

Enterprise plans: contact account executive

If you are on an enterprise (invoice-based) plan, there is no self-service cancellation. Contact your assigned Sauce Labs account executive or email billing@saucelabs.com. Provide written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before your contract renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.
