Open Subscription Settings

Log in to your Zoho Desk account. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner of the interface, then select 'Subscription' from the bottom of the dropdown menu. This opens the Zoho Store in a new browser tab.

Locate Your Current Plan

In the Zoho Store, hover your cursor over your current active plan (Enterprise, Professional, Standard, or Express) to reveal plan management options.

Click 'Upgrade / Downgrade Plan'

Click the 'Upgrade / Downgrade plan' button that appears on your current plan card to view all available plan tiers including the Free edition.

Select Free Plan and Click 'Downgrade'

Find the Free plan column and click the 'Downgrade' button next to it. This initiates the cancellation/downgrade flow.

Choose Cancellation Timing

Select your preferred timing: leave the checkbox unchecked for an immediate downgrade, or check 'Downgrade at the end of the current billing cycle' to retain paid features until your period expires.

Provide a Reason and Confirm

Select a reason for canceling from the dropdown (required). Optionally fill in the 'Share Feedback' text box, then click 'Confirm' to finalize. Your account is immediately moved to the Free Edition (or scheduled to do so at cycle end).
