When does my access end after cancelling?

Your service continues until the contract end date. Full service termination (including FTP, email, and web access) occurs a few days after the contract end date. You should back up all data during this window.

Can I get a refund for the unused portion of my contract?

No. ロリポップ! does not issue refunds for the remaining contract period. The Terms of Service state that no refunds are given regardless of usage.

Can I reactivate my account after cancellation?

There is a limited revival option (復活) if you act quickly after contract expiration — you may be able to restore service by paying outstanding fees via the user panel. However, this is not guaranteed and data may already be deleted.

What happens to my website data and files?

All data (website files, databases, emails) is permanently deleted after the contract ends. ロリポップ! takes no responsibility for data after cancellation. You must back up everything yourself before the service termination date.

Will my domain be cancelled too?

Cancelling the hosting plan does not automatically cancel any registered domains. Domains managed through ムームードメイン (muumuu-domain) are separate and need to be cancelled or transferred independently.

I'm on the Managed Cloud plan — is cancellation different?

Yes. Managed Cloud plan users must first delete all their own data from the server, then contact ロリポップ! staff and receive explicit confirmation before the cancellation is accepted. This makes the process significantly more involved.

Back up your data

Before starting cancellation, download all website files via FTP and export any databases. Per the Terms of Service, ロリポップ! does not retain or back up your data after cancellation — this is entirely your responsibility.

Log in to the user control panel

Go to https://user.lolipop.jp/ and log in with your ロリポップ! account name and password. Select your domain from the dropdown if prompted.

Open 'アカウント情報・パスワード変更'

From the main dashboard menu, click 'アカウント情報・パスワード変更' (Account Information & Password Change). This section contains your contract status.

Click 'こちら' in the contract status section

Under the '契約状況' (Contract Status) section, find the cancellation link and click 'こちら' (here) to navigate to the cancellation screen.

Click '解約フォームへ'

On the contract management screen, click the button labelled '解約フォームへ' (Go to Cancellation Form) to proceed.

Enter cancellation reason (optional) and confirm

You may be asked to select or enter a reason for cancellation — this is optional. When ready, click '解約する' (Cancel) to submit. The cancellation takes effect on your current contract end date, not immediately.
