Go to app.surferseo.com and sign in. You must be logged in as the account owner or an admin — regular members do not have access to billing settings.

Open Settings

Click your profile icon or the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, then select 'Settings' from the menu.

Go to Billing → Your subscription

In the Settings menu, click on 'Billing', then navigate to the 'Your subscription' section.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Scroll to the bottom-right corner of the Your subscription section and click the 'Cancel subscription' button.

Complete the 4-step cancellation pop-up

A multi-step confirmation pop-up appears. Select your cancellation reason when prompted, then proceed through each step and confirm the cancellation.

Verify cancellation

Cancellation is confirmed when the 'Cancel subscription' button disappears and you see 'Active until [date]' with a 'Reactivate' button next to your plan details.
