Dial customer service

Call 114 from your 헬로모바일 number (free), or use the network-specific number: LGU+ network → 1855-1140, KT network → 1855-1144, SKT network → 1855-2114. Operating hours are weekdays 09:00–18:00 only. Best call times are 09:00–11:00 or 14:00–16:00 to avoid long wait queues.

Navigate ARS to cancellation

On the automated ARS menu, press 6 for '해지 문의' (Cancellation inquiry), or press 0 at any time to skip directly to a live agent. Wait to be connected.

Verify your identity

The agent will ask for your name (이름), date of birth (생년월일), and phone number (전화번호). Have your ID card (신분증) ready. You will then be transferred to the Ministry of the Interior and Safety automated ARS (행안부 ARS) for identity confirmation — the system announces '일치합니다' (matches) when verification succeeds.

State your cancellation request

Tell the agent: '해지 신청하겠습니다' (I would like to cancel). The agent will confirm any outstanding balance, the prorated charge for the current month, and any early termination fee (위약금) if you are on a contract plan.

Confirm final charges and consent

Review the final charge amount (daily prorated to cancellation date: monthly fee × days used ÷ days in month). The agent records your verbal consent (녹음 동의 — consent to recording). Confirm you understand any outstanding balance must be paid before cancellation proceeds.

Receive confirmation SMS

After the agent completes processing, a confirmation SMS is sent to your (now cancelled) number. Cancellation takes effect the same day in most cases. Service terminates immediately upon confirmation.

Delete website account (optional)

To remove your online account separately, log in to mobile.lghellovision.net, click '회원정보수정' (Edit Member Information) at the top of the page, enter your current password, then click the '회원탈퇴' (Withdraw Membership) button. Note: you cannot re-register for 30 days after account deletion.
