Can I cancel ProcessMaker mid-contract?

Review your contract terms

Before initiating cancellation, review your Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) or Order Form. Before your subscription end date, log into your ProcessMaker instance and export any processes, cases, reports, and data you need to retain. Go to Admin > Export and download your process definitions (.pmx files) and any associated data. ProcessMaker does not guarantee data retention after account termination.
