What happens to my access after cancellation?

Access to Qualified services (Piper conversations, meeting scheduling, email, analytics) ends at the close of the current contract term. You will not lose access mid-term even after submitting your non-renewal notice.

Can I get a refund if I cancel early?

Qualified's Terms of Service do not provide refunds for early cancellation under normal circumstances. Refunds of prepaid fees are only issued if Qualified commits a material breach of contract that they fail to cure within 30 days, or if Qualified materially changes their terms and you cancel within 30 days of that change.

What is the notice period required to cancel?

You must provide written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before your contract renewal date. Failing to do so results in the subscription automatically renewing for another full term (typically one year).

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Per Qualified's Terms of Service, they will delete your stored data after the contract ends. You should export any conversation data, visitor analytics, or reports you need before your contract expires. Ask your CSM for the exact data deletion timeline.

Can I reactivate my account after canceling?

Yes, you can sign a new contract with Qualified after canceling. However, previously deleted data will not be recoverable. Contact Qualified's sales team to discuss reactivation terms.

Is there a way to downgrade instead of canceling?

Qualified offers Premier, Enterprise, and Ultimate tiers. If cost is the concern, ask your CSM about downgrading to a lower tier at renewal. This is typically negotiated at contract renewal time rather than mid-term.

Review your contract end date

Check your original Order Form or contract documentation for your subscription end date. Qualified contracts auto-renew annually, so you must act at least 30 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for another term.

Log in to your Qualified account

Go to qualified.com and sign in via the 'Sign In' button in the top navigation. There is no self-service cancellation option in the dashboard — you must contact your account team directly.

Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager or Account Executive directly via email or Slack (Qualified integrates with Slack for team collaboration). If you do not know your CSM, email support@qualified.com or use the in-app chat to request cancellation/non-renewal.

Submit written notice of non-renewal

Send a formal written email stating your intent not to renew. Include your company name, account details, and the request for non-renewal. Per their Terms of Service, this notice must arrive at least 30 days before your contract renewal date.

Request written confirmation

Ask your CSM or the support team to confirm in writing that your non-renewal notice has been received and that your account will not be charged after the current term ends. Keep this confirmation for your records.

Confirm data deletion timeline

Per Qualified's Terms of Service, they will delete your stored data upon termination. Ask your CSM about the data retention/deletion timeline and export any data you need (conversation transcripts, analytics, visitor data) before the contract ends.
