Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect only when the paid period expires.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Monthly plan payments are nonrefundable. Annual plans may be eligible for a refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase — contact sales@gmelius.com. After 14 days, unused annual subscription time can be transferred to another email address instead of a refund.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

All Gmelius data — shared inbox history, templates, automation workflows, conversation tags, and email metrics — becomes inaccessible once the subscription ends. Export your data before cancelling via the 'Download data' option at app.gmelius.com/account.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Log back in to your Gmelius account and resubscribe to any available plan. You may need to re-enter payment details.

Who is allowed to cancel the subscription?

Only the super admin of the workspace can cancel. If you are not the super admin, the role must be transferred to you first before you can access billing settings.

How do I permanently delete my Gmelius account?

Go to app.gmelius.com/account and click 'Delete my account', then confirm. This permanently deletes all data and cancels any active subscription simultaneously. The action is irreversible.

Log in to Gmelius

Go to gmelius.com and log in with your Google account. You must be the super admin of the workspace to cancel — regular members cannot access billing settings.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Go to the Billing tab

In the left sidebar of Account Settings, click the 'Billing' tab to view your active subscription details.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Find your active plan and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. Alternatively, navigate directly to https://gmelius.io/account/subscription/cancel.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts to complete the cancellation. A confirmation email will be sent to your address once the cancellation is processed.
