No. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is downgraded to the Free plan.

Can I get a refund for the unused portion of my subscription?

No. Archbee's Terms of Service explicitly state that no refunds are issued for unused subscription periods. The only exception is if Archbee itself terminates your account, in which case prepaid unused fees are refunded.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Your data is deactivated but not permanently deleted from Archbee's servers. If you want your content removed, you should delete it manually before closing your account, as the Terms of Service advise doing so prior to account closure.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can reactivate a paid plan at any time by returning to the Subscription & Billing section and selecting a paid plan via the "Purchase Subscription" button.

Who can cancel the subscription?

Only the account administrator (org admin) has access to the Subscription & Billing settings and can make changes to or cancel the subscription.

Can I cancel an annual subscription early?

You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time, but Archbee does not issue refunds for unused subscription periods, so you would retain access through the end of your paid annual term without a pro-rated refund.

Log in to Archbee

Go to app.archbee.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Open Organization menu

Click on your organization name in the top-left corner of the dashboard to open the organization dropdown menu.

Go to Subscription & Billing

Select "Subscription & Billing" from the dropdown menu that appears after clicking your organization name.

Manage your subscription plan

In the Subscription & Billing section, locate your current active plan. Click the "Purchase Subscription" button to open the plan management interface where upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are handled.

Select the Free plan or cancel

In the plan selection screen, choose the Free plan to downgrade your account, which effectively cancels your paid subscription. Confirm your selection when prompted.

Confirm cancellation

Review the confirmation prompt noting that your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then confirm the downgrade/cancellation. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of the billing cycle.
