Can I access my account after cancellation?

No. Once your cancellation is processed (within 2–3 business days), your account and all associated data are permanently deleted. Make sure to export your data before initiating cancellation.

Will I get a refund after cancelling?

Monthly plan subscribers will not be charged for the next billing cycle but will not receive a prorated refund for the current period. Annual and bi-annual plan subscribers receive no refunds for unused months, as these plans come with a discounted rate.

Can I reactivate my account after cancellation?

Once an account is cancelled and deleted, it cannot be reactivated with the old data. You would need to create a brand new account and start fresh if you wish to use Agile CRM again.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

All account data — including contacts, deals, tasks, emails, and integrations — is permanently deleted after cancellation is processed. There is no recovery option, so you must export everything beforehand.

Can I cancel via email or phone instead?

No. Agile CRM requires cancellations to be submitted through the online control panel (Admin Settings → Billing). Requesting cancellation only via email, phone, or contact form is not sufficient and will not process the cancellation.

Is there a free plan I can downgrade to instead of cancelling?

Agile CRM previously offered a free plan for up to 10 users, but they have since removed it. As of their 2024/2025 pricing updates, there is no permanent free tier to downgrade to — only a trial period for new accounts.

Export your data

Before cancelling, export all your data. Go to Admin Settings → Data Backup/Export to download your contacts, deals, and other records. Once the account is cancelled, all data is permanently deleted.

Log in and open Admin Settings

Log in to your Agile CRM account. Click on your profile avatar or name in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the dropdown menu, then click 'Admin Settings'.

Navigate to Billing

Inside Admin Settings, locate and click on the 'Billing' section in the left-hand navigation panel. This is where your current plan, payment details, and subscription management options are found.

Initiate cancellation or downgrade

On the Billing page, look for a 'Cancel Account' or 'Downgrade Plan' button/link. Click it to begin the cancellation flow. Note: cancellation must be done through this control panel — contacting support via email or phone alone is not sufficient.

Complete the cancellation form

You will be presented with a cancellation confirmation screen or form asking for a reason. Select your reason for cancelling from the provided options and click 'Cancel My Account' or 'Confirm Cancellation' to submit the request.

Wait for confirmation

Agile CRM processes cancellation requests within 2–3 business days. You should receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete. You will not be charged again after this point.
