No. WorkOS does not offer mid-term cancellations or refunds. All payments are nonrefundable, and your subscription remains active until the end of the current term.

You must provide written notice at least 30 days before the end of your current subscription term. If you miss this window, your subscription will auto-renew for another term.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

WorkOS may irrevocably delete all account and subscriber data after termination. You should export all necessary data before your termination date. WorkOS will assist with data export for up to 30 days post-termination if you request it before the termination date.

Can I reactivate my WorkOS subscription after cancelling?

Yes, you can sign up for a new subscription at any time via workos.com. However, any data deleted after your previous cancellation will not be recoverable.

Review your subscription term end date

Log in to your WorkOS Dashboard and check your billing settings to find your current subscription term end date. You must submit cancellation notice at least 30 days before this date or your subscription will auto-renew.

Export your data before cancelling

Before sending any cancellation notice, export all data you need from your WorkOS Dashboard. After termination, WorkOS may irrevocably delete all account data. You have a 30-day window post-termination to request export assistance, but it is safest to do this beforehand.

Compose an email to support@workos.com (or hello@workos.com) stating your intent to cancel at the end of your current subscription term. Include your account/organization name and the effective date. Your WorkOS subscription and API access remain active until the end of the current subscription term. There is no mid-term cancellation or proration — you retain full access through the paid period.
