Log in to your Tractive account

Open a browser and go to my.tractive.com. Enter your email and password to sign in to your account.

Open Trackers & Subscription Plans

Once logged in, locate and click on 'Trackers & Subscription Plans' in the main navigation or dashboard. This lists all your GPS trackers and their active subscription plans.

Select the tracker subscription to cancel

Click on the specific tracker whose subscription you want to cancel. This opens the subscription management view for that device.

Navigate to subscription settings

In the subscription detail view, look for the 'Subscription' or 'Plan' section. Click on 'Manage Subscription' or your current plan name to access cancellation options.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Find and click the 'Cancel Subscription' or 'End Subscription' button. If your subscription is currently paused, you must first click 'Resume Subscription' before the cancel option becomes available.
