Will I get a refund when I cancel?

No. Mailshake does not issue refunds or pro-rated refunds for cancellations. Your subscription is prepaid and you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I still use Mailshake after cancelling?

Yes — you keep full access until your renewal date even after cancelling. Your account is not cut off immediately.

What happens to my campaigns and data?

All campaigns are permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation. Export your prospects and unsubscribe lists (via Prospects > Unsubscribes) before that window closes.

Can I reactivate my account later?

Yes, you can reactivate, but any grandfathered pricing you had is permanently lost. You will be placed on current pricing plans at reactivation.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

No. Mailshake does not offer a pause option for any plan type, including Agency Plans.

Can I cancel via email instead of through the app?

Yes. Mailshake's Terms of Service explicitly allow cancellation by emailing hello@mailshake.com if you prefer not to cancel through the billing settings.

Log in to Mailshake

Go to mailshake.com and log in to your account with your credentials.

Open Settings

Click on 'Settings' in the left-side navigation menu.

Navigate to Billing

Click on 'Billing' within the Settings section to open your subscription details.

Click 'Cancel Plan'

Locate and click the 'Cancel Plan' button (may appear as 'Cancel Subscription' on Agency Plans).

Select a cancellation reason

Choose a reason for cancelling from the dropdown or form presented on screen.

Confirm cancellation

Submit the form to finalize your cancellation. Note: no confirmation email is sent, so take a screenshot of the confirmation screen as proof.
