Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your paid features remain fully active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the free plan.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

ScreenPal generally does not issue refunds for early cancellation. However, EU residents may cancel within 14 days of purchase and request a refund by submitting a support ticket, as required by law.

What happens to my uploaded videos after cancellation?

Free accounts are limited to 10 hosted videos. If you have more than 10 uploads, ScreenPal will email you a 24-hour warning, then move older videos beyond the 10 most recent to Trash. Download any videos you want to keep before the billing period ends.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Before your current billing period expires, you can click 'Reactivate' on the Plan page to restore your subscription without losing any data.

When must I cancel to avoid being charged for the next period?

You must submit your cancellation at least one full calendar day before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period.

What premium features will I lose on the free plan?

You will lose access to AI Tools, Secure Backup, Mobile Transfer, Quizzing, Analytics, Stock Media, Branding options, and Team collaboration features.

Log in to ScreenPal

Go to screenpal.com and log in to your account using your email and password.

Open Settings

Click the User icon in the top-right corner of the page and select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Plan & Billing

In the left-hand navigation of Settings, click on 'Plan & Billing' (also referred to as 'Plan' under Subscription).

Click Modify

In the Plan Details section, click the 'Modify' link to access plan management options.

Select Cancel My Plan

On the Modify Plan page, click 'Cancel My Plan' located in the top-right corner of the page.

Confirm cancellation

In the cancellation modal that appears, click 'Turn off Auto-Renewal' to confirm. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the page.
