No. Your Calm Premium access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. After that date your account reverts to the free tier.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Calm offers refunds within 30 days of a direct Calm.com purchase. Canceling does not automatically trigger a refund — you must contact Calm support to request one. Subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play must be refunded through those platforms respectively.

Log in to Calm.com

Open a web browser and go to calm.com. Click 'Log In' in the top-right corner and sign in with your Calm account credentials (email/password or connected social account).

Open your Profile menu

Once logged in, click your profile icon (avatar/initials) in the top-right corner of the page to open the account dropdown menu.

Go to Settings

From the dropdown menu, click 'Settings' to open your account settings page.

Click 'Manage Subscription'

In the Settings page, locate the Subscription section and click 'Manage Subscription' to view your current plan details.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

On the Manage Subscription page, click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. Calm may present a retention offer (e.g., a discounted plan or a pause option) — click through to confirm you still want to cancel.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
