Will I still have access to my cameras after canceling?

Yes. After canceling a paid plan, your account downgrades to the free Basic tier. You retain live camera access, but cloud recording, extended archive, and advanced features are disabled at the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

No. Ivideon explicitly states there are no returns or refunds once a subscription has been purchased. You retain paid access until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the iOS App Store or Google Play?

If you subscribed via mobile app, you must cancel through the platform you used — not the Ivideon website. On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Video Surveillance Ivideon → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Video Surveillance Ivideon → Cancel.

Can I reactivate my paid plan after canceling?

Yes. You can reactivate at any time by logging into my.ivideon.com, going to Billing, and selecting a paid plan. Your cameras and account data remain intact on the free tier.

Will my recorded footage be deleted if I cancel?

Cloud recordings associated with your paid plan will no longer be retained once you downgrade. Ivideon's free tier does not include cloud archive, so recordings beyond what the free plan allows will be removed after the billing period ends.

Log in to your Ivideon account

Go to my.ivideon.com and sign in with your email and password.

Open Account Settings

Click on your account name or avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the account menu.

Go to Billing / Subscription

In the account menu or left-hand sidebar, select 'Billing' or 'Subscription' (sometimes labeled 'Pricing plan' or 'Plan & Billing').

Select your active plan

On the billing page, locate your currently active paid plan and click 'Manage' or 'Change plan'.

Downgrade to Free or Cancel

Choose the free 'Basic' plan or look for a 'Cancel subscription' / 'Unsubscribe' link. Ivideon's model is to downgrade to their free tier rather than a hard cancellation — selecting the free plan effectively stops billing.

Confirm the cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm the downgrade/cancellation. Click 'Confirm' or 'Yes, cancel' to complete the process. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Check for confirmation email

You should receive a confirmation email at your registered address. If you do not, contact support@ivideon.com or call 1-888-683-8950 to verify cancellation.
