Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Airmeet has a strict no-refund policy. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. There are no prorated refunds for unused time remaining in your billing cycle.

Will I lose my data when I cancel?

No. Your events, recordings, participant lists, and analytics are all retained. Your account is downgraded to the free plan, not deleted.

What happens to my account after cancellation?

Your account downgrades to the free plan at the end of your current billing cycle. Free plan limits apply: up to 100 registrations, 1 organizer, 90-minute maximum session length, and no HD recording.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Since your account is not deleted, you can re-subscribe to any paid plan at any time from the Billing plans section of your dashboard.

How do I cancel a Professional or Enterprise plan?

Self-service cancellation is only available for the Starter plan. Professional and Enterprise plan holders must contact their assigned Account Manager directly to cancel. You can also reach support at support@airmeet.com.

When does my cancellation take effect?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you cancel mid-month, you retain full access through the end of that month. Make sure to cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Log in to your account

Go to airmeet.com and click 'Host Login' in the top navigation. Enter your credentials to access your community dashboard.

Open Billing Plans

From the community dashboard, click 'Billing plans' in the left-hand navigation menu.

Click Manage Subscription

On the Billing plans page, click the 'Manage Subscription' button.

Select Cancel my Subscription

Click 'Cancel my Subscription'. A soft retention message will appear encouraging you to contact support — you can ignore this and proceed.

Select a cancellation reason

Choose a reason for cancelling from the dropdown menu provided.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Done' to confirm. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, then downgrade to the free plan.
