Yes. Audiobooks you purchased individually remain permanently accessible in your library even after cancelling the Audioteka Klub subscription. Only the subscription benefits (club-exclusive content, offline mode, Audioteka Kids) are lost.

When does my access end after I cancel?

Your Audioteka Klub benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, but access continues through the paid-for period.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Audioteka does not offer refunds for the current billing period. Once you cancel, you keep access until the period ends but no partial refund is issued.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through Google Play or the App Store?

If you subscribed via Android, open Google Play → tap your profile icon → 'Płatności i subskrypcje' → 'Subskrypcje' → select Audioteka → 'Anuluj subskrypcję'. On iOS, go to Settings → tap your Apple ID → 'Subskrypcje' → select Audioteka → 'Anuluj subskrypcję'. You must cancel through the platform you used to subscribe.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Yes. Audioteka offers a 'Zawieś subskrypcję' (Suspend subscription) option that temporarily pauses access without fully cancelling, which may be available in the same subscription management area.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate at any time by returning to 'Ustawienia konta' → 'Zarządzaj Audioteka Klub' and selecting a new plan. Your previously saved favourites and library remain intact.

Log in to your account

Go to audioteka.com/pl and log in with your email and password.

Open Account Settings

Click on your profile icon or name in the top-right corner and select 'Ustawienia konta' (Account Settings) from the dropdown menu.

Go to Audioteka Klub management

Find and click the 'Zarządzaj Audioteka Klub' (Manage Audioteka Klub) tab or section within your account settings.

Locate the cancellation option

Scroll to the bottom of the subscription management page to find the 'Anuluj subskrypcję' (Cancel subscription) option.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Rezygnuję z subskrypcji' (I'm cancelling my subscription) to confirm. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address.
