Log in to Qobuz
Visit qobuz.com and sign in with your Qobuz account credentials.
Go to Account Settings
Click your profile name or icon in the top right and select 'My Account' from the dropdown.
Navigate to Subscription
Find the 'My Subscription' or 'Plan' section in your account page.
Cancel your subscription
Click 'Cancel my subscription' or 'Manage subscription' and follow the cancellation steps. Qobuz may offer a promotional rate to retain you.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your cancellation. Your hi-res streaming access continues until the end of your billing period. Any purchased downloads remain yours permanently.
