What happens to my data after I cancel?

Cancelling temporarily disables your workspace but preserves all data during a grace period. Your data is not immediately deleted. To permanently erase everything, go to Settings → General → Danger Zone and click 'Delete workspace' — this action is irreversible.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Per Twenty's Terms of Service, paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. There are no partial refunds for unused billing periods.

Can I downgrade instead of cancelling entirely?

Log in to your workspace

Go to app.twenty.com and sign in to your Twenty workspace.

Open Settings

Click 'Settings' in the bottom-left sidebar of the workspace.

Navigate to Billing

In the Settings menu, click 'Billing' to open your subscription management page.

Click 'Cancel Plan'

On the Billing page, click the 'Cancel Plan' button. This will temporarily disable your workspace but preserve your data during a grace period.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation in the dialog that appears. Your workspace will be disabled at the end of the current billing period.
