What happens to my account after I cancel?

Mixmax cancels your auto-renewal but your paid subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account is downgraded to the free plan — you keep access to Mixmax but lose paid features.

Will I get a refund if I cancel an annual plan?

Mixmax does not offer partial refunds on annual plans. However, they may transfer the remaining subscription duration to another account. Refunds are only granted for billing errors or for unused accounts cancelled within 14 business days of purchase.

How do I completely delete my Mixmax account and data?

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. To fully close it: (1) remove the Mixmax browser extension, (2) revoke Gmail access via Google Security settings > Third-party access, and (3) email privacy@mixmax.com requesting deletion of your personal data.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Your Mixmax account persists after cancellation and you can resubscribe at any time from the Admin > Billing page. Your data and settings are retained during the free plan period.

Does deleting the browser extension cancel my subscription?

No. Removing the Mixmax Chrome extension does not cancel your paid subscription. You must explicitly cancel through the Admin center Billing page to stop being charged.

What if I'm not a Workspace Admin — can I cancel myself?

Only a Workspace Admin can cancel subscriptions. If there are other members in your workspace, another admin must cancel your seat. If you are the sole admin and user, you can cancel directly from the Billing page.

Log in to Mixmax Dashboard

Go to app.mixmax.com and sign in with your Google account linked to your Mixmax subscription.

Open Admin Center

Click on 'Admin' in the left-hand navigation panel of the Mixmax Dashboard to open the Admin center.

Go to Billing

Inside the Admin center, click on the 'Billing' tab to view your subscription and billing details.

Cancel Subscription

To cancel all seats in your workspace: click the 'Cancel all subscriptions' button. To cancel a single user's seat instead: navigate to the 'Team members' page, find the user, and click the trash can icon next to their name.

Confirm Cancellation

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click 'Yes' (for Cancel all subscriptions) or 'Confirm cancellation' (for individual seat cancellation) to finalize.
