Dial USSD code *180#
Open your phone dialer and dial *180# to access the Telkom self-service menu. This works on any Telkom Mobile SIM card without needing internet access.
Select 'Telkom Plus' (option 5)
From the main USSD menu, select option 5 labeled 'Telkom Plus' to access subscription and add-on management.
Select 'Self-Service' (option 9)
Within the Telkom Plus menu, select option 9 for 'Telkom Self-Service' to manage your active subscriptions manually.
Select 'Active Services' (option 1)
Choose option 1 for 'Active Services' to see a list of all your currently active and pending subscriptions associated with your Telkom number.
Select the subscription to cancel
Scroll through the list of active subscriptions displayed and select the specific subscription you want to cancel by entering its corresponding number.
Confirm cancellation
Press 'Send' and when prompted to confirm, select 'Yes' (option 1) to confirm you want to cancel the selected subscription.
Receive confirmation SMS
You will receive a confirmation SMS from Telkom confirming the cancellation of the selected subscription. For contract cancellations, note that a 30-day notice period applies and you will receive a final bill at end of the following month.
