Can I still access my Business features after cancelling?

Yes. Your Business plan remains fully active until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account downgrades to a free plan and you lose Business features such as advanced privacy controls, custom player branding, and extra storage.

Will I get a refund when I cancel my Vimeo Business subscription?

Refunds are not automatic. For annual plans, you may be eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of the initial purchase only. Monthly plans have a 5-day initial refund window. Renewals and mid-cycle cancellations are non-refundable. You must contact Vimeo support to request a refund if eligible.

What happens to my videos and data after I cancel?

Log in to Vimeo

Go to vimeo.com and log in to the account with the Business subscription you want to cancel.

Open Billing Settings

Hover over your profile picture in the top-right corner and select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu. Then click the 'Billing' tab in the left-hand sidebar. You can also navigate directly to vimeo.com/settings/billing.

Find Your Membership Plan

On the Billing page, locate the 'Membership plan' section, which shows your current Business plan details and renewal date.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Click the 'Cancel subscription' button found in the lower-right area of the Membership plan section.

Confirm Cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm your decision to cancel. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account downgrades to a free plan.
