Yes, you retain full access to your V Collection software until the end of the current billing period. After that, the license becomes inactive and the instruments will no longer launch.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Generally no. Arturia's terms state that no refund or withdrawal will be accepted for digital content subscriptions once the download or access has begun. You may contact support at arturia.com/support/ask-for-help/purchase and select 'I want to cancel my order' if you are within 14 days and have not yet accessed the content.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through Splice rent-to-own?

If you used Splice's rent-to-own program, you must cancel via Splice directly. Log in to splice.com, go to 'Account' → 'Plan & Billing', and follow the cancellation prompts. Arturia cannot cancel Splice-managed subscriptions on your behalf.

Can I reactivate my V Collection subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by logging back into your Arturia account, navigating to the V Collection product page, and selecting a subscription plan. Your previous instrument presets and settings stored locally will remain intact.

What happens to my software licenses if I cancel?

Your software licenses become inactive at the end of the billing period. The Arturia Software Center will reflect the deactivated status. You can deactivate device activations manually in your account under 'My Products' to free up activation slots.

How do I delete my Arturia account entirely?

Account deletion is handled by Arturia's privacy team. Send a request to privacy-inquiries@arturia.com or visit arturia.com/support/deleteyouraccount. Note that deleting your account will remove access to all registered products and licenses.

Sign in to your Arturia account

Go to arturia.com and click 'Sign In' in the top-right corner. Enter your registered email and password to log in to your MyArturia account.

Open Account Settings

Once logged in, click on your name or profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'My Account' or 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Subscriptions

In the account dashboard, look for a 'Subscriptions', 'My Subscriptions', or 'Billing' section in the left-hand navigation menu and click it to view your active plans.

Select your V Collection subscription

Locate your Arturia V Collection subscription in the list of active subscriptions. Click on it to open the subscription details page.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

On the subscription details page, click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. If you subscribed via Splice rent-to-own, you will instead need to go to splice.com, navigate to 'Account' → 'Plan & Billing', and cancel there.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm you want to cancel. Arturia may show a confirmation dialog or ask for a reason for cancellation. Complete the flow and confirm.

Check for confirmation email

You should receive a cancellation confirmation email at your registered address. Your access to V Collection instruments will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
