Will I lose Premium access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier but your profile, matches, and conversations are kept.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Polish users are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU). However, if you have already used the Premium features during those 14 days, Badoo may deny the refund. After 14 days, no refund is issued for unused time. For App Store purchases, request a refund through Apple; for Google Play, through Google's refund portal.

Does deleting the Badoo app or account cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting the app or deactivating your account does not stop billing. You must cancel the subscription through the website, Google Play Store, or Apple App Store settings before deleting your account.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through Google Play or the App Store?

For Android: open Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → find Badoo → Cancel Subscription. For iOS: open iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → find Badoo → Cancel Subscription.

Yes, you can resubscribe at any time by going to your profile settings and selecting a Premium plan. There is no waiting period or cancellation fee.

I cancelled but I'm still being charged — what should I do?

First check that the subscription status in your payment provider (Google Play / App Store / PayPal) shows 'Expires on [date]' rather than active auto-renewal. If still charged, contact Badoo support at support.badoo.com. As a last resort, you can dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer.

Go to badoo.com/pl and log in to your account using your email/phone and password.

Open your profile

Click your profile photo in the top-left corner to open your profile menu.

Go to Settings

Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner of the screen.

Open Payment Settings

Click Unsubscribe

Confirm cancellation
