Review your contract end date

Log in to your Bloomfire account and check your subscription end date. Cancellation notice must be submitted at least 30 days before your renewal date, or you will be billed for another term.

Back up your content

Before cancelling, export or download all content you want to retain. Navigate to your community settings and generate a content backup. Bloomfire may immediately and permanently delete all User Content upon cancellation with no recovery option.
