Yes. Your paid plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account reverts to the free tier, which includes 10,000 characters per month and limited features. API access requires a paid plan and will be removed on the free tier.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

ElevenLabs offers refunds only if the request is submitted within 14 days of the payment date and no credits were used during that billing period. If you have used any credits, you are not eligible for a refund. To request one, contact ElevenLabs support.

What happens to my cloned voices if I cancel?

Go to elevenlabs.io and sign in to your account.

Open your Subscription page

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'Subscription' from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, navigate directly to elevenlabs.io/subscription.

Click 'Manage subscription'

On the Subscription page, click the 'Manage subscription' button on the left side of the page. This opens a billing management popup.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Inside the billing popup, click 'Cancel subscription'. If the button does not appear or is unresponsive, try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox work best) as pop-up blockers can interfere.

Confirm the cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear. Review the information about losing unused credits and feature access, then click 'Confirm' to finalize the cancellation.

You should receive a confirmation message on screen and/or via email. Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. A 'Resume subscription' button will appear on your Subscription page if you change your mind before the cycle ends.
