Will I lose access to my data immediately when I cancel?

No. You keep all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, the workspace downgrades to the Free plan — data is not immediately deleted and your workspace remains accessible within Free plan limits (10 users, 10 databases, 1 GB storage).

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Fibery offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers — contact new@fibery.io or use in-app chat within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable, including prepaid annual or multi-month plans.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can upgrade again at any time from the Plan and Billing settings inside your workspace. Your data is retained as long as the workspace exists (Fibery retains workspace data for up to 6 months after full termination).

What happens to my data if I exceed Free plan limits after downgrading?

The Free plan allows only 10 databases and 10 users. If your workspace exceeds these limits, Fibery may place the workspace in read-only mode for content or users that exceed the free tier. Export your data in Markdown + CSV + Files format before canceling to be safe.

Can I export my data before canceling?

Yes. Any workspace admin can export all workspace data in Markdown, CSV, and Files format from within the workspace at any time — before or after canceling the paid plan.

Is each Fibery workspace billed separately?

Yes. Each Fibery workspace has its own independent subscription and billing cycle. If you have multiple workspaces, you must cancel each one separately.

Open workspace Settings

Click your workspace name in the top-left corner of the Fibery interface to open the workspace menu, then click 'Settings' in the sidebar.

Go to Plan and Billing

In the Settings sidebar, click 'Plan and Billing' to open your subscription management page.

Click Manage Subscription

Click the 'Manage subscription' button on the Plan and Billing page.

Select the Free plan

From the plan options shown, select the 'Free' plan to cancel your paid subscription. Your workspace will remain on the paid plan until the end of the current billing cycle, then automatically switch to Free with no further charges.

Confirm the downgrade

Confirm the plan change when prompted. You will see a confirmation that the downgrade is scheduled for the end of your current billing period.
