Log into the Frontegg portal
Go to portal.frontegg.com and sign in with your account credentials.
Check Billing/Account settings
Navigate to your account or billing settings to check whether a self-serve cancellation option is available. Look for a 'Billing', 'Subscription', or 'Plan' section in the left sidebar or account menu.
Open a support ticket
If no self-serve cancellation button is present, open a support ticket via the support portal accessible from your dashboard. Use the 'Help' or 'Support' option to submit a cancellation request in writing.
Submit written cancellation notice
Send written notice that you do not wish to renew your subscription. This notice must be submitted at least 30 days before your renewal date, as required by Frontegg's Terms of Use (Section 10.2). State your account name, the plan you are cancelling, and the intended cancellation date.
Receive cancellation confirmation
Wait for a confirmation from Frontegg's support or account team. Retain this confirmation in writing for your records.
Export your data
Before or immediately after cancellation takes effect, export all your configuration, user data, and content. You have a 30-day grace window after termination to retrieve data before it is permanently deleted.
