Navigate to Settings

Click on 'Settings' in the left sidebar navigation menu.

Open Billing section

Within Settings, select 'Billing' to view your current plan and subscription details.

Initiate cancellation or contact support

If a self-service cancellation option is not available in the Billing section, email support@growthbook.io with your account email and a request to cancel your Pro subscription. GrowthBook does not publicly document a self-service cancel button for direct Cloud subscribers.

Confirm cancellation

If cancelling via email, await a confirmation reply from the GrowthBook support team. Your account will be downgraded to the free Starter plan at the end of the current billing period.
