Can I cancel my Houzz Pro subscription mid-contract?

No. Houzz Pro plans are annual 12-month contracts. Cancelling stops auto-renewal at the end of your current term; you cannot exit the contract early or receive a prorated refund for remaining months.

How much notice do I need to give before cancelling?

You must submit your cancellation (do-not-renew) request at least 30 days before your contract renewal date. Missing this window will result in being automatically charged for another full year.

Will I receive a refund after cancelling?

Houzz Pro does not offer refunds for subscription payments already made. Your access continues until the end of your paid contract period, after which it will not renew.

What happens to my account data after cancellation?

Your profile, projects, and leads data remain accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, your Pro account is downgraded and you lose access to Pro-only features. To fully delete your account, you must separately submit a deletion request via the Help Center.

Can I reactivate my Houzz Pro subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate by returning to Settings > Subscriptions and choosing a new plan. Reactivation starts a new annual contract at the then-current pricing.

What if I subscribed through the iPhone or Android app?

If you signed up via the iOS App Store, you must cancel through iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Houzz Pro > Cancel Subscription. If you signed up via Google Play, cancel through Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Houzz Pro > Cancel subscription. Web-based cancellation only works for subscriptions purchased directly through pro.houzz.com.

Log in to Houzz Pro

Go to pro.houzz.com and log in to your Houzz Pro account.

Open Settings

Click the 'Settings' icon near the bottom of the left navigation sidebar.

Go to Subscriptions

From the Settings menu, select 'Subscriptions'.

Click Manage My Subscriptions

Click 'Manage My Subscriptions' to view your active plan and cancellation options.

Submit cancellation request

You are presented with three options: submit a cancellation request, chat with support to change your plan, or view Help Center articles. Select 'Submit Request' to proceed with cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation screen appears asking if you want to proceed. Click 'Yes, I'd Like to Cancel' to finalize the do-not-renew request.
