Upon termination, iCIMS may immediately deactivate your account and delete all associated data, files, and records with no recovery option. You must export all candidate data, job requisitions, reports, and integrations before your termination date. Can I reactivate my iCIMS account after canceling?

Yes, reactivation is possible by contacting iCIMS Sales at +1 (848) 208-6951. However, since data is deleted upon termination, previously stored candidate and workflow data will not be recoverable unless you retained your own exports. You would start a new contract as a new customer.

How do I cancel if I don't know who my Account Executive is?

Review your contract renewal date

Log in to your iCIMS platform or locate your original subscription agreement to find your contract end/renewal date. iCIMS contracts auto-renew annually, so you must initiate cancellation before the renewal date to avoid being locked in for another term.
