Can I get a refund when I cancel?

Refunds are only available if you cancel within the first 24 hours of a billing period. Cancellations after that window are not refunded, but you keep access until the billing cycle ends. All fees are otherwise non-refundable per Instapage's Terms of Service.

What happens to my landing pages and data after cancellation?

Your published pages are immediately unpublished and their URLs go offline. Instapage may retain your content in their backend for up to 60 days. You can request to download your content within 30 days of account termination. Download leads, statistics, and page files before canceling to be safe.

Download your data before canceling

Before canceling, export all leads, statistics, and landing pages from your Instapage dashboard. After cancellation, your published pages will be unpublished immediately and data is only retained for up to 60 days.

Determine your account type

If you are still on a free trial (within 14 days), you can cancel online. If you are on a paid plan, cancellation must be done via email — there is no self-serve cancel button for paid accounts.

Trial users: Navigate to Subscription settings

For trial accounts only: log in at app.instapage.com, click your workspace name in the upper-left corner, select 'My Account Admin', then click 'Subscription'.

Trial users: Click 'Cancel' button

On the Subscription page, click the 'Cancel' button and follow any on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.

Paid plan users: Send cancellation email

For paid accounts, compose an email to help@instapage.com requesting cancellation. The email MUST be sent from the email address registered as the account owner. State clearly that you want to cancel your subscription.

Provide identity verification if requested

If you no longer have access to the registered email, Instapage support may ask you to verify your identity by providing the last four digits and expiration date of the payment card on file.

Wait for written confirmation

Instapage will send a written confirmation email once cancellation is processed. Do not assume the subscription is canceled until you receive this confirmation. Keep it for your records.
