No. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. At that point your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Krisp's policy states all fees are non-refundable. This applies to both individual and business plans. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time on annual plans.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

You must cancel through the platform you used to subscribe. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Krisp → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Krisp → Cancel Subscription.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can upgrade back to a paid plan at any time from the Billing section in Settings. Any coupon code shown during cancellation can be used when reactivating.

What happens to my team members if I cancel a business plan?

All team members are downgraded to the Free plan simultaneously when the subscription ends. They cannot upgrade independently — only the account admin can re-subscribe for the team.

How do I fully delete my Krisp account?

Account deletion is separate from cancelling a subscription. Visit the Krisp Help Center article on account deletion, or contact support@krisp.ai. Deleting your account is permanent and removes all your data.

Sign in to Krisp

Go to app.krisp.ai and sign in to your account.

Open Settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Billing

In the Settings menu, click on 'Billing' to open your subscription and payment details.

Click Manage Subscription

Find the Plan Details card and click the 'Manage Subscription' button.

Click Downgrade

Click the 'Downgrade' button under your current plan. Note: Krisp labels cancellation as 'Downgrade' rather than 'Cancel' — this is the correct button to end your paid subscription.

Complete the feedback form

Krisp may display a feedback form asking why you are leaving. Select a reason and continue. A coupon code for future use may appear — copy it if you want to keep it.

Confirm the downgrade

Review the confirmation screen and click 'Confirm' to finalise the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email.
