Do I lose my miles when I cancel?

No. Miles already credited to your account remain and revert to standard LATAM Pass expiration rules — typically 36 months from the cancellation date for Club-earned miles. Miles with a fixed deadline keep their original expiration date.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Only if you cancel before completing the 90-day minimum commitment period. The penalty is 10% × monthly plan value × number of months remaining in the fidelity period. There is no fee after the first 3 months are completed.

Can I cancel within the first 7 days for free?

Yes. Brazilian consumer law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Art. 49) grants a 7-day cooling-off right from enrollment with no penalty. This right applies once per CPF and only for first-time subscribers with no prior Club LATAM Pass history.

Can I rejoin after canceling?

Yes, but you must wait at least 30 calendar days before resubscribing. Promotional sign-up offers are unavailable for 180 days after cancellation.

What if the website won't let me cancel?

A known recurring bug causes a blank/white page when clicking 'Cancelar Plano'. In that case, call LATAM Pass support at 0300 570 5700 (nationwide Brazil) or 4002 5700 (capital cities) to cancel by phone.

Do my benefits stay active after I request cancellation?

Yes. All Club LATAM Pass benefits remain active through the last paid billing period. Once that period ends, the benefits are removed from your account.

Log in to LATAM Pass

Go to latampass.latam.com and log in with your CPF/email and password.

Open My Account

Click 'Minha Conta' (My Account) in the top-right corner of the page.

Navigate to Club LATAM Pass

In the left sidebar menu, select 'Clube LATAM Pass' to open your subscription management page.

Click Cancel My Plan

At the top of the subscription page, click the button labeled 'Cancelar Meu Plano' (Cancel My Plan).

Review penalty and confirm

A summary screen appears showing your plan details and any early-exit penalty (multa) if you are still within the 90-day minimum commitment period. Check the box 'Li e estou de acordo' (I have read and agree) to acknowledge the terms.

Select cancellation reason

Choose a reason from the mandatory dropdown list and optionally add comments in the text field.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Cancelar Plano' (Cancel Plan) to finalize. The status changes to 'Processo de cancelamento' (Cancellation in progress) and benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period.
